RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
I understand that sometimes, life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. This is our current policy:
CANCELLATION FOR PACKAGE
You can cancel your booking by sending an email to [email protected]
If the email is received within 24 hours of booking, you will receive 100% refund.
If the email is received between 24 and 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% refund.
Beyond 48 hours, there is no refund. Given our turnaround time of 7 business days, we would have finished a substantial amount of work after 48 hours, which is why we do not offer refunds after 48 hours of booking.
- You can reschedule the appointment only once.
- Rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to booked appointment is free of cost.
- If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of the booked appointment, it will be an added charge of 10% of the package cost. You will receive a special link to pay and proceed with the rebooking in this case.
CANCELLATION FOR CALLS
- Whether or not you attend the consultation call (if included in your package), the price of the package is the same.
- It is the responsibility of the client to remember and attend the consultation calls. No refund will be made if the appointment is missed or forgotten, unless extreme external circumstances.
