60 minute video call to answer any marketing related queries you may have. These calls are recorded for your future reference.
You can set the topic in advance and/or send me materials to review beforehand.
Topics can include, but not restricted to:

There are no restrictions on the number of questions as long as it is within the time frame opted by you.

RESCHEDULE, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes, life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. This is our current policy:
RESCHEDULE
- You can reschedule the appointment only once.
- Rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to booked appointment is free of cost.
- If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of the booked appointment, it will be an added charge of 10% of the package cost. You will receive a special link to pay and proceed with the rebooking in this case.
CANCELLATION
- You can cancel up to 7 days prior to your booked appointment to get a 100% refund
- If you cancel less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours in advance, then you will receive 50% refund.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the booked appointment, you will not receive a refund.
MISSED/FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS
- It is the responsibility of the client to remember and attend the strategy calls. No refund will be made if the appointment is missed or forgotten, unless extreme external circumstances.
