Step 1: Choose the reading you’d like from the list of options.
Step 2: Click on the reading and complete the base payment for your chosen tier.
Step 3: After your payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to a Thank You page.
Step 4: On the Thank You page, you will find a link to the Google Form.
Click the link to open the form.
Step 5: Fill out the Google Form with all required details.
The more information you provide, the better we can channel the messages specific to your situation.
